Brightbox Lighting was founded in 2002 as a lighting technology company. We initially focused on technology behind lighting and evolved as a company throughout the LED revolution. Over the last 17 years we have gained extensive experience in lighting design, luminaire specification and crucially, the correct control of LED light sources.

Using a linear fluorescent strip of high power LED strip into a recessed area, such as a cove is an ideal way to add subtle background light into a room. For a dramatic bookshelf effect, install linear LED strip.tape light source horizontally behind a chunky shelf to give a wash of light at the back of the bookshelf.

Plug-in light source is plugged directly into a socket, preferably a 3 or 5 amp socket and connected to the lighting control to allow for perfect control and maximum flexibility. These fittings are great for lighting dead spaces that usually would not be lit. Consider using these behind plant pots, this will create patters of shadow and light onto the wall. These can be positioned or can be moved around the room for maximum flexibility or to suit your changing needs or moods.
